Rich's leadership style is straight forward - set a clear vision then inspire and support others to help achieve it together. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Rich has always had a passion for cultivating relationships and seeing others succeed – both clients and employees. These traits made him a natural fit to assume leadership of the firm in 2011. As president of EUA, Rich ensures that all employees are living the mission of the firm and going beyond expectations in every aspect of the architectural process. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Rich is also directly involved in various building projects. His background in construction and project management allows him to shed light on everything from strategic visioning and community engagement, to cost estimating and construction delivery methods.
Rich has a long history of community and industry leadership through various professional and non-profit organizations.
