Project Manager



This person will be a project team leader in one of our market-based Studios. Candidates should be Licensed Architects with 4-10 years' experience. This person requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a limited number of projects and/or client accounts. Primarily responsible for client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost estimating, specifications, construction drawings, and construction administration with authority to direct, control and monitor all activities. Guidance is given by Studio Director or Client Executive typically related to general project objectives, critical issues, and policy matters; and often gives direction to Project Architect, Design Architect, Interior Designer, Project Specialist, and Project Architect.

  • Previous management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, planning, design and cost control
  • Knowledge and use of Revit
