Project Manager - Healthcare




This person requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a limited number of projects and/or client accounts. Primarily responsible for client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost estimating, specifications, construction drawings, and construction administration with authority to direct, control and monitor all activities. Guidance is given by Studio Director or Client Executive typically related to general project objectives, critical issues, and policy matters. Leads and mentors Project Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers and other team members.
