This position will be responsible for supervision of our firm's Madison Office/Studio, assuring that the relationship, technical, administrative, staffing, and financial objectives of that office are met within the framework of established firm-wide goals and professional standards.
The Senior Project Architect is often responsible for an entire phase of one or more projects such as facilities planning, technical production, construction administration, etc. This person may also mentor and direct Project Architects and other junior staff members.
This person will be a key team leader in our Workplace studio. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience, with specific experience in Workplace related projects.
This person requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a limited number of projects and/or client accounts. Primarily responsible for client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost estimating, specifications, construction drawings, and construction administration with authority to direct, control and monitor all activities.
This position is for our Healthcare studio and will be working out of our Denver office. The Project Architect is responsible for most phases in the technical development of a project.
This person is primarily responsible for financial, administrative and project support duties for multiple Project Managers within one or more market-based Studios.
