Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller for our firm, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
This person requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a limited number of projects and/or client accounts. Primarily responsible for client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost estimating, specifications, construction drawings, and construction administration with authority to direct, control and monitor all activities.
This person will be a key team leader in our Workplace studio. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience, with specific experience in Workplace related projects.
The Marketing Coordinator works within the marketing team, engaging with various people and positions across the company to support the execution of marketing plans, graphic design, business development pursuits (proposals, interviews) and firm initiatives.
This position is a current student of Architecture or Interior Design. This position works under close supervision and receives specific and detailed instruction as to required tasks and results expected; Revit Skills a plus, but may learn in office. This is an hourly position, up to 40 hours per week during school breaks, and typically 12-16 hours/week during school semesters.
