This person will assist Accounting Staff with various duties including processing, coding, verifying, and inputting invoices for payment. They will also assist the Controller with daily activities and month end close and will have the opportunity to assist the CFO with special projects. BIM Content Creator Milwaukee Office
This person works as a member of the BIM Extents team to create BIM related content and serves as the primary technical contact for external BIM Extents content clients. BIM related content definition includes but may not be limited to Revit families (system and component), Revit detail projects, Revit family and project templates, Type Catalogs and READ-ME documentation. Primary software is Autodesk Revit. All Candidates should have the ability to:

- Strong math and geometry skills are also required

Marketing Specialist Madison & Milwaukee Offices
Eppstein Uhen Architects is looking for a high energy Marketing Specialist to be a vital part of our dynamic marketing mix. This person will report directly to the Practice Leader of Business Development and primarily provides marketing leadership and support for the studio(s) to which s/he is assigned; in addition to assisting with firm-wide marketing efforts as needed. The Marketing Specialist works fluidly in a fast-paced environment to develop and execute studio marketing plans, manage studio promotional and pursuit efforts and produce superior studio marketing materials.
The Marketing Specialist must demonstrate initiative, leadership and collaboration, and be able to manage several tasks at a time. This person must facilitate strong working relationships with all levels of studio staff, marketing department staff and company leadership. This person must provide proactive, well-planned support to the studios in their marketing efforts, as well as be able to capitalize on more spontaneous marketing opportunities. This person should have strategic ideas and methods for developing first-rate proposals, presentations and marketing programs and materials. Requirements:
- BA or BS in journalism, communications, marketing or related field
- A minimum of 5 years marketing in the A/E/C industry is preferred

The candidate for this position in the Public and Education Studio should have an Education Environment focus with specific K-12 and Higher Education academic focus.
This person uses judgment in assignments that have clear and specified objectives with a limited number of variables; should be skilled in Revit, space planning, finish selections, furniture selection and specification, millwork detailing, and finish/furniture cost estimating; works under direction of a Project Manager and reports to the Studio Director. EUA Ambassador Milwaukee Office
This person is responsible for a visitor's first impression when someone enters or contacts EUA. This person is also responsible for representing the firm in a positive and customer service manner in all aspects of the position.
This is a front-line marketing position responsible for delivering a positive experience to anyone who comes in contact with EUA via our lobby or phone system. In addition, this person must communicate well with all staff members and facilitate a positive “internal” experience. This person will be expected to learn and understand internal functions and capabilities of the firm and staff to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers. Though the position is located in the Milwaukee office, this person answers the main phone number for both the Milwaukee and Madison offices.
This position will also have administrative duties as described below and will be responsible for coordinating back-up assistance when necessary.
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager, but will also be directed by the Executive Administrator for specific responsibilities and coordination of tasks.
