This person requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a limited number of projects and/or client accounts. Primarily responsible for client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost estimating, specifications, construction drawings, and construction administration with authority to direct, control and monitor all activities.
This person will be a key team leader in our Workplace studio. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience, with specific experience in Workplace related projects.
The Project Administrator is primarily responsible for financial, administrative and project support duties for multiple Project Managers within one or more market-based Studios. Strong knowledge of work being done by those Project Managers, personnel assignments, and status of projects will be required. Emphasis is on project processes and financial related project activities centering on contracts, billing and collections.
This position is for our Healthcare studio and will be working out of our Denver office. The Project Architect is responsible for most phases in the technical development of a project.
